No-recoil script and possible wallhack detected on player "zlaSh". I banned him for 1 week but I'm requesting permban on him.

I couldn't do perm ban. So I edited it to 4075 years. I think he will wait for unban.

FYI Dark Horse, if you want to make a ban permanent on amxbans, you have to enter 00 in the ban time (don't tick the unban box).
