The gag was mistake. and i warned to not steal my pipe kills, cause you're stealing my pipe kills for 7th time.

I warned him to not steal my kills. and he spawned directly after slayed him, so don't judge me.

Wrong. As i said, there are no specific rules for stealing pipe kills, warning him not to do that is basically making up your own rules.
Also, why did u mention that he respawned after u slayed him? He definately has Respawn prestige active.

i gaged user called "giumtel" for insult other players, and Phatomhive gagged mistakenly.
So he i think i gagged him just for fun, and i ungagged him after this mistake. and i do not make my own rules.

Anyways, this discussion is irrelevant. There are no rules for stealing pipe kills until owner says otherwise.
