Of course you do, otherwise you remain banned.
Check your cstrike folder, it's a file in .dem format. It could be named "Lamda_Indian_Dust2_Demo", I'm not sure, but I'm sure the demo is there, unless of course, u deleted it.

For fixing language you have to type in console amx_langmenu,, but for unbanning you have to post the particular demo to prove that you are clear..
