He is changing his IP, this is the 2nd time he is banned already, add me skype lazarj081 and say it when someone is cheating on server, hence not much admins come around on the server.

it's good enough if u download the app on the phone, make an account, add me, and everytime u spot a cheater, just text me and it is done.
